TapStay is a guest-experience platform for vacation rentals and short-term rental operators. It gives each property one guest-facing stay portal that combines a digital guidebook, property information, arrival and checkout guidance, house rules, Wi-Fi details, local recommendations, and a property-aware AI Concierge. Guests access the portal through NFC, QR code, or a direct link with no app download required. The AI Concierge answers questions using the information configured for that specific property and directs guests back to the host when information is unavailable. TapStay can be used alongside Airbnb, direct bookings, PMS platforms, and channel managers; it is not a PMS or booking engine. Hosts can also use an optional NFC/QR plaque inside the property to make the portal instantly accessible during the stay.
