G-Guest is a booking layer for local businesses that works for both guests and AI assistants: restaurants, salons, beauty and wellness, studios and classes, clinics. It adds real-time booking to an existing website or runs as a standalone booking page. Guests get instant confirmation, waitlist handling and reminders; assistants get a callable interface (MCP + REST) for availability and confirmed reservations. Flat €49/month: no per-booking fees, the guest list stays with the business, exportable any time. Built by G-Lab after a field study of 200 Amsterdam restaurants found zero venues an AI assistant could book directly.
