Recon matches bank to books in five rule-based passes and shows only the exceptions, each with a reason code; no AI decides a match. Narrate drafts the monthly MIS from matched lines only, and every figure links back to the bank and book lines behind it. Chaser follows up with clients for missing documents and stops when the document arrives. The team reviews the exceptions and a partner signs.
It is read-only by default: it never writes to Tally, and in Zoho Books it only posts an entry a partner has approved. Pricing is per active client with unlimited users, plus 18% GST, with a 14-day free trial.
