PropX is AI property inventory and inspection software for UK letting agents and landlords. Photograph a room from up to four corners and PropX Vision 3 has two different AI models read the photographs independently, then compares their results through PropX's own guidelines and filters, so only what belongs in an inventory is kept. You confirm every item and condition, and the report is built from what you confirm. Meter readings and serial numbers are read from a photograph of the meter, and spoken notes are filed against the item you were photographing. The tenant reviews the check-in on their phone, has a set window to comment, and signs it. At check-out, the check-in sits beside it item by item, keys included. Every photograph is dated when it was taken and fingerprinted (PropX Origin). A report downloads as one file with every photograph inside and its SHA-256 fingerprint listed, and anyone can check it at get-propx.com/verify. PropX is built around the evidence the UK deposit schemes ask for. Agencies get unlimited team seats, and PropX Switch brings across a portfolio, a team and past inventories from another provider. PropX connects to Xero, QuickBooks, Google Drive, Dropbox and Slack, with an open API and webhooks.
