FundingTracker is business financing tracking software for merchants, brokers, and advisors who manage merchant cash advances (MCAs), term loans, and lines of credit. Users upload their funding agreements, and AI pulls the funder, total payback, factor rate, debit amount, and payment frequency out of each PDF. Users then connect a business bank account through Stripe Financial Connections with read-only access. FundingTracker checks each ACH debit against the schedule in its contract, so missed, duplicate, or extra withdrawals show up the day they happen. A payoff runway stacks every active advance and shows when the last debit is expected to land. It also tracks remaining balance, amount paid, renewal readiness, and cash-flow pressure across stacked positions. Users can keep contracts, notes, disputes, and payoff-quote requests with the deal they belong to. Payment history and accountant reports export to CSV and PDF. FundingTracker also includes a free MCA calculator that converts a factor rate into an estimated APR, total payback, and daily payment impact, along with MCA guides and a funder directory. A public MCP server makes the calculator and guides available inside AI assistants. FundingTracker is not a lender.
