The canned functions, along with the ability to assign individuals within the org chart to their functional area, have helped to provide crisp clarity to the gaps in our staffing, capabilities, and preparedness to scale and meet our larger strategic objectives. Additionally, the ability to utilize this tool to develop forward-facing staffing plans, with costing, skill set needs, and utilizing that to shape our recruitment and interview prioritization and execution has been immensely valuable.

Generally, an org chart becomes obsolete the next day it's been finalized. The great thing about Functionly is that it splits the reporting and the accountabilities. Reporting does not change much generally, but new accountabilities in a business come up every day and Functionly makes it easy to assign them as they come without affecting the reporting chart. The result is that at any time, any employee can see who is responsible for what in the organization and every employee is clearly aware of their accountabilities.
