Fantastic Support, Intuitive UI, and Smooth Onboarding
Really good support—nice people who provide solid help in a short time.
The UI mostly works great, but it can be a bit slow sometimes. Overall, it’s intuitive to use. They’re still changing and updating a lot, so every now and then you have to relearn a few things, but the new stuff is easier to use, so it’s fine.
Onboarding was great, and they still help me with every “stupid” question I have. The new support AI also gives helpful answers.
