Florida law (section 718.111(12)(g), Florida Statutes) requires every condominium association with 25 or more units to keep a website or app with an owners-only area holding the association's official records: the declaration, bylaws, rules, budget, financial reports, insurance, contracts, meeting notices and more.
Condo Notice Board is that website, built around the list in the statute. The board gets a console with the required record types laid out as a checklist, with "doesn't apply" for the ones the association doesn't have. Upload a PDF, pick the record type, and it is posted in the right place. Meeting notices go on the public front page. Owners get their own logins, a request-a-login form, and the whole site in Spanish with one click. The board gets reminders on dates it chooses, a printable posting record of what went up and when, and a zip of everything at any time.
Every page is served over HTTPS, passwords are hashed, the database is backed up daily in two places, and records are deleted 60 days after cancelling. Flat price, no per-unit fees, cancel any time. Made in Florida by a small company that answers email.
