PrismaScribe is a web-based transcription platform that converts audio and video recordings into text in 99+ languages. Users upload files in 16+ formats (such as MP3, M4A and MOV), paste a YouTube or Vimeo link, or record on iPhone or Apple Watch. Transcripts label each speaker (up to 32 per recording) and timestamp every line. From the same transcript, users can create summaries, translations that keep speaker labels, and SRT/VTT subtitles, and export to TXT, PDF, DOCX or Markdown. Paid plans add a meeting bot for Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams, meeting minutes, action items, custom vocabulary and noise removal. Teams, researchers, journalists and podcasters use it to transcribe meetings, interviews, lectures and podcasts. Recordings are encrypted in transit and at rest and are not used to train AI models. A free plan includes 30 minutes of transcription per month.
