FroX is a cloud-based truck fleet management system built in Brazil for owner-operator truckers, small trucking companies and cooperatives (1 to about 30 trucks). It is in Portuguese, works in every Brazilian state and needs no GPS tracker or hardware in the truck.
FroX organizes the money and the operation of every trip: freight revenue, diesel, tolls and expenses are recorded on the trip, showing the profit of each one. It keeps trucks and drivers with their documents, imports CT-e/NF-e XML files to open a pre-filled trip, and generates a complete PDF report.
The free plan (FroX Grátis) is permanent: 1 truck, 1 driver, unlimited trips and financial entries and the full PDF report, with no credit card. The paid plan (Plano Frotas) adds more trucks and drivers, the driver app for Android, photos and attachments, cost per km, a freight simulator (accept, negotiate or decline by margin), maintenance alerts by km, driver license (CNH) alerts, recurring expenses, suppliers and fuel stations, and more reports. Public pricing, the same nationwide: R$ 75/month with 2 trucks (monthly) or R$ 63.75/month with 3 trucks (annual), plus R$ 50 per extra truck. Payment by Pix, boleto or card.
What FroX is not: it is not a GPS tracker and it does not issue CT-e or MDF-e (it reads their XML).
