What I like best about Qtrac virtual queuing system is that it is extremely user-friendly. It is very easy to use and train new staff on. More so, I have had the best experience working with the Qtrac team. The implementation and customer support have been above and beyond. We use Qtrac 5 days a week, 8 am to 5 pm, and it has been great!
