Fristo is the software for inspection deadlines and building maintenance — for organisations with between 1 and 50 buildings. It monitors the statutory inspection requirements for properties, manages maintenance and repairs, and generates the necessary documentation when an inspection takes place. The inspection requirements are included. For each facility, Fristo suggests the statutory inspections, including the legal basis, frequency and source — 35 templates for Switzerland, ranging from periodic inspections of electrical installations in accordance with NIV to functional checks of fire protection barriers in accordance with VKF. Suggestion, not legal advice: a template only generates due dates once the business has confirmed that it applies to them. The documentation also highlights any gaps: at the touch of a button, ready to print for each building and time period — showing every inspection carried out and every overdue one. Reporting without an account: A QR code is affixed to each installation. Anyone who spots a fault simply scans it and writes two sentences. External companies report back via a link. Up and running in an hour: set up the structure, confirm templates — no implementation project, no consultancy days. Pricing by building, not by user. One building is permanently free, with full functionality. Your data belongs to you: full export at any time, even after cancellation. Swiss product, European data centre (Frankfurt), daily backups, no support access without your explicit consent. Fristo is developed in Winterthur.
