FreshLoop is a management and payment system for self-service laundromats in Brazil. Customers choose a machine at a self-service kiosk, pay by card or Pix, and the washer or dryer starts automatically, with no attendant and no app to download. A TV in the store shows which machines are free, in use and how much time is left. Owners follow revenue, net revenue after card fees, orders, new and returning customers, time-based promotions and coupons, and maintenance by cycle count, from anywhere, and can ask an AI assistant about their store. Payments go straight to the laundromat's own account, with the card machine and fees it negotiates. FreshLoop charges a fixed monthly fee, with no per-transaction fee and no lock-in contract. Compatible with Speed Queen, LG, Maytag and Mamute machines. Optional add-on: Gerente de Plantão, a 24/7 AI assistant on the laundromat's WhatsApp.
