As someone completely new to online course creation, what really set FreshLearn apart for me is the outstanding LIVE support I receive from their team, especially Teja and Raghu. Freshlearn platform is fairly intuitive and easy to navigate, but when you are new it can be at times feel overwhelming but with live support especially getting started makes all the difference! Teja went above and beyond to help me through each stage of the course setup. Every time I have a question, no matter how basic, Teja responded quickly with clear, detailed answers that made it easy to keep moving forward. It's rare to find someone so patient and genuinely invested in helping users succeed, and I felt supported at every step. Thanks to Teja's guidance, I now feel confident in managing my online course and even exploring more advanced features. If you're new to online course creation and want a supportive team behind you, I can’t recommend FreshLearn highly enough!

Very little if anything. The price is ok, but now with companies like Squarespace getting in online learning, FreshLearn's low prices are not nearly as competitive as they used to be.

I like their customer service and their willingness to help while migrating from another platform.
