Frequenter: Appointment Scheduler
Frequenter is appointment scheduling built for people who run their business from their phone: hair and beauty salons, barbershops, clinics, fitness and yoga studios, tutors, consultants and veterinary practices — from one-person operations to multi-staff teams.
The app covers the daily essentials: a fast calendar for booking and rescheduling, client records with visit history, automatic email updates when appointments are created, moved or cancelled, team accounts with role-based permissions, and reports that show where your hours and revenue actually go.
Pricing is deliberately simple. There is a free plan, and Premium is $10 a month ($5/month for the first three months) with a 7-week free trial. Staff members are not billable seats, and there is no commission on your bookings — your returning clients are yours, not a revenue line.
Frequenter is built by the team behind earlier scheduling products that together handled 1M+ appointments for 2,500+ businesses with 100K+ client records. The mobile apps are launching soon on iOS and Android; online booking pages, a client portal, and SMS/WhatsApp reminders are in active development.
