DecaFirma issues Spain's digital road freight control document (DeCA) with its QR code in a minute, together with the delivery note that the receiver signs with a finger on their own phone, with no app and no account. Mandatory in digital form since 5 October 2026. It fills itself from a photo, a PDF or a WhatsApp message, sends the document to the driver by WhatsApp, and shows the office who signed, when, and the signed PDF, ready to invoice. Transport management (TMS) on Odoo for road haulage companies with 5 to 50 trucks, built and supported by Francodesystems. Orders, trips and drivers live in the same Odoo database as invoicing, accounting and the fleet: a drag-and-drop planner by truck and day, a driver app (trips, proof of delivery with signature or photo, incidents, expense receipts, mileage), freight rates per customer (per kg, tonne, km or pallet, with fuel and ADR surcharges), cost and margin per trip, per order and per customer, and subcontracted trips. Plus apps published on the Odoo Apps Store for Odoo 17 to 20: tachograph (driver card and vehicle unit .ddd files, driving and rest times against EU Regulation 561/2006), fuel and toll cards (DKV, AS24, Shell, bp and more, cost per vehicle with alerts), Geotab and Webfleet telematics, and fleet expiry dates (inspection, insurance, ADR, ATP, driver CPC, licences).
