Formkii is a free, all-in-one platform for creating forms, surveys, auto-scored quizzes, live polls, and audience Q&A. It includes 18 field types—text, choice, rating, NPS, ranking, file upload, signature, and more—plus conditional logic, one-question-at-a-time and classic layouts, custom themes, fonts, logos, and cover images. Quizzes support automatic scoring, optional timers, passing scores, shuffled questions, and answer explanations. Participants can respond by link or QR code without an app or account, and anonymous responses are supported. Forms can also be embedded on websites.
