Formgong is a form backend. You keep your own HTML form and set its action to one Formgong URL with a public key. Formgong filters spam, saves each submission in an inbox and delivers it, so you need no server, database or PHP mail setup.
Delivery: email on every plan with Reply-To set to the visitor, Telegram, Slack and Discord messages, HMAC-signed webhooks with retries, Google Sheets rows and Notion rows. Spam filtering uses a honeypot, a timing check, server rules and optional Cloudflare Turnstile, with no image puzzle.
Works with plain HTML, WordPress (official plugin), Webflow, Wix, Shopify, Framer and AI site builders such as Lovable, Bolt and v0. Submissions are stored in the EU and raw visitor IP addresses are not stored.
Free plan: 300 submissions a month. Pro: $9 a month for 5,000. Business: $15 a month for 25,000.
