I had the chance to work with Alexis Johnson Mason from the CloserIQ team and it was a great experience. The screening call was used to confirm my expectations, needs, desires, etc. as I was hunting for a new position. Alexis listened to all my needs and proceeded to put so many opportunities in front of me that fit those needs. Interviewing is a daunting process, but she made it feel a little less so. Once I was in the interview pipeline with a partner company, she made sure to be there every step of the way, providing helpful insight and guidance.
