I've used Formaloo for a number of years. I acquired it through an AppSumo lifetime deal and I'm so glad I did! The recent updates have made this app an excellent tool. The AI tool was especially amazing! I gave it a detailed prompt, including the questions I wanted in my form, and in a matter of minutes, I had a nearly-complete form. That would have taken me probably hours to format on my own before, so I'm loving the AI assist! You can use it for applications to private communities (one of the ways I use it), for surveys, for email marketing, for intake forms, and so much more. I've integrated the forms into my Wordpress website. It works well. It's easy to get the form results so you can take action on them. Because Formaloo is intuitive, I haven't needed to reach out to support so I can't speak to that. If support matches innovation, I'd have to assume it's good.

It has made creating nuanced forms much more simple for our club. We used to spend hours finessing Google forms until doing something close to what we actually wanted, but now it takes about half the time to make complex forms that are exactly what we want Formaloo.

Formaloo makes it easy to make beautiful forms and surveys quickly with their pre-made templates and simple form builder. I love the ability to keep everything on brand. And the end user experience is fantastic with their multi-steps and conditional logic.
