Forja is a loyalty platform built for small businesses in Latin America. You create stamp cards, visit (points) cards, memberships with an expiry date, gift cards with a balance, and coupons with usage limits and expiration.
Customers scan a QR code at the counter and get the pass in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, which are already on their phone. They don't download an app or hand over a phone number.
On each purchase, staff scan the pass with the camera of any phone or computer and add the stamp or visit. When the goal is reached, the reward unlocks automatically and the pass updates in real time. Push notifications go straight to the pass, with no SMS costs.
Setting up a program takes minutes and needs no hardware: the only physical item is a printable QR counter sign with your logo. Common users are coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants, barbershops, beauty salons, spas, gyms and retail stores.
Pricing in US dollars: free up to 20 customers, with every feature and no time limit. Paid plans start at USD 144/year (Mostrador) or USD 29/month (Local), up to 15 locations on the Marca plan. The app and support are in Spanish.
Forja does not process payments or issue invoices; it works alongside the point-of-sale system the business already uses.
