Flowra is a type of AI agent builder and workflow automation software that helps teams turn a job described in one sentence into a hosted agent, a locked workflow, or a coordinator that runs on connected business apps.
Users write the work in plain language. Flowra selects tools from its catalog, asks the user to connect the required accounts with OAuth, and then executes the job. Runs can start from a schedule, an app event, a messenger, a site widget, dashboard chat, or an API call. The product is hosted in the cloud and does not require local installation.
Typical use cases include inbox recaps, support triage, alerts, and replies that should wait for a person before they are sent. The same job can run as an open-path agent when the next step depends on the message, as a locked workflow when the path should stay fixed, or as a coordinator that delegates to named child agents.
Key capabilities include:
- Approval gates on any step, including scheduled runs. A run pauses until a person approves, edits, or rejects the exact payload.
- A run ledger that records every tool call, including inputs, outputs, and credit use.
- More than 1,000 synced app integrations and 50,000+ tools, plus custom REST or function tools and registered MCP servers when an app is not in the catalog.
- Workspace knowledge, tables, files, a live browser, a code sandbox, and MCP endpoints that agents can share.
- Channels including Telegram, WhatsApp, Slack, Discord, Gmail, Bale, and LINE, plus a branded site widget and TypeScript and Python SDKs.
Flowra is used by founders, operations and support leads, and engineers who embed agents for their own customers. Code is optional; a sandbox exists for jobs that need it.
The product UI is available in English and Persian. Pricing is credit-based. The free plan includes 3,000 credits per month with no card required. Credits are spent on model tokens and tool executions and refresh each calendar month. Paid plans add more credits and the option to bring your own model API keys.
