It's quick to learn (our pilot project team developed integrations in half the time we estimated) and runs reliably. It's aimed at moderately technical people who understand the systems that they are integrating, and it makes life for those people much easier. We chose to deploy it in our own data centres, which worked well, and a variety of SaaS options are also available. We were easily able to configure the platform for single-sign-on and MFA. On the few occasions we have needed support we have been speaking to an experienced engineer within an hour, and had the problem resolved quickly. The system has been running some key system integrations for us for the last year, and we are looking to expand our use across many more projects.
