FlowBud is budget-control software for Polish construction companies running several projects in parallel. It automatically retrieves sales and purchase invoices from KSeF (Poland's mandatory national e-invoicing system) via the Ministry of Finance REST API and uses AI to assign each invoice to the right construction project — the coordinator approves suggestions with one click, and the system creates rules that automate future assignments. Features include centralized invoice management, real-time budget monitoring, cost breakdowns and margins, project comparison, subcontractor balances and analysis, Gantt schedules, and one-click Excel and PDF reports. Data is encrypted and processed in the EU in line with GDPR. FlowBud complements, not replaces, accounting software — setup takes about 10 minutes using a KSeF authorization token.
