It calculates the cost of each recipe from ingredient package prices, with recipes entered in cups, spoons, grams or units, and suggests selling prices that include ingredients, packaging, the baker's hourly pay, kitchen overhead and card fees.
The application also covers quotes for custom orders, order tracking with deposits and balances, bake schedules, shopping lists, capacity planning, draft ingredient and allergen labels, expense tracking, and plain-English monthly reports showing profit and earnings per hour by product. It runs in Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari on Windows or Mac, works offline, and stores data locally in the user's browser with backup and restore.
