Blume is software for event florists. Price each arrangement from your own wholesale flower prices with your markup, labor at your hourly rate and a buffer included in the price. One quote produces three documents: the client quote or invoice, a florist worksheet for the studio, and supplier orders. Clients sign the quote from a link with no login. A confirmed quote becomes flower orders split by supplier, emailed with a link to confirm. Every event carries a pipeline status and a payment status, with a history of who changed what and when. Press Sync to Xero to create a draft invoice or quote in Xero. Events and supplier delivery dates are pushed to Google Calendar automatically.
