The tutorials and training materials provided for Flockports is not much advanced. There is a bit steep learning curve. The support team is not always ready to provide the assistance.

Flockport has been a poor experience, for me. The tutorials and training materials they proovde have made it much more difficult for me as a user to navigate the advanced features. The technical support team has also been ordinary and always failed to provide helpful assistance whenever I needed it.
