FlockConnect is a pastor-facing Church Relationship Management (ChRM) platform designed to complement a church's existing church management system rather than replace it. Pastoral staff and care leaders log care interactions in seconds with a quick-log flow, assign and track follow-ups, and work from eight guided care report templates covering situations such as newcomer check-ins, after-absence outreach, and prayer or care needs. A household-aware people directory with saved views sits at the core, alongside groups and ministries management, attendance capture, forms and assessments, a member booking page, calendar sync for Google, Outlook, and iCal, and an analytics dashboard. Planning Center Online connects natively through OAuth with automatic inbound sync and an opt-in, limited outbound push; any other church management system connects through CSV import. Members do not need accounts; only staff and leaders sign in.
