The developers and staff at Flip are very helpful and always welcome feedback. Handling is easy for both users and administrators, and the ability to build your own apps within the employee app is great! The AI search of the knowledge database helps quickly and easily without having to ask many questions.

The entire setup is well-structured for employees, and the admin area is self-explanatory. Flip always explains the integrations well, making it very easy and quick. The speed of the Flip app has always been good; since its introduction, there have been no significant load issues attributable to the Flip app. Pricing has always been fair and very transparent. The support is absolutely top-notch. Other service providers could learn from this. You can also work well with the AI-supported capabilities. Full marks here as well.
