Aurora is FlightAtom's standalone aviation safety management system (SMS) and quality management system (QMS) software. CREW AI is FlightAtom's airline crew scheduling and management software. Crew planners build and validate rosters through bidding and planning workflows, check qualifications and duty constraints, and work through disruption recovery that keeps unaffected assignments in place. Workforce and scenario planning, trip cost and crew pay modelling, and a crew self-service portal for duties, standby, bids, pay, and leave sit alongside the operations console. An AI assistant answers questions from operational data and proposes options; roster changes stay behind human confirmation, and tool activity is recorded. The implemented flight-time limitation engine follows the OTAR scheme; another scheme, such as FAA Part 117 or EASA Subpart FTL, is scoped and validated for the operation.
Trace AI is FlightAtom's aviation safety investigation software. Investigators manage safety cases, evidence, and a structured investigation (preparation, collection, analysis, reconstruction, testing, recommendations, reporting, and review) in a standalone system of record. Interview plans are drafted from the investigation, reviewed, and approved before a voice interview, which runs with authorized contact and participant consent. Retrieval assistance comes from a configured DELPHI service, and Trace AI keeps the resulting messages and evidence as its own records. Findings, conclusions, and sign-off stay with the human investigator. Role-based access, record encryption, version checks, and an audit trail support controlled safety work.
