I love how easy Flex Rent is to set up and use. It's integrated within my portal, and it conveniently pulls how much my rent is going to be, splits it up, and sets it up on autopay, which is super helpful. I also really like the rent reporting feature that reports to my credit bureau. I think it's a wonderful app, very useful, and everything about it is user-friendly and set up perfectly. I especially appreciate how it shows me how much my rent will be, even accounting for variations like water usage, splitting it nicely.
