FlexDropin is a booking app that lets gyms, studios and sports centers sell single classes and open spots to people who don't hold a membership. Gyms sign up in the partner app, connect a Stripe account and create classes, one-off or recurring, with their own price and capacity. Classes become visible to FlexDropin users, who book and pay in the app. Payment goes straight to the gym's Stripe account. FlexDropin's 15% commission is deducted in the same transaction, so the gym receives the net amount. There is no setup fee and no monthly fee. At the end of each month, FlexDropin issues one invoice for the commissions. The partner app includes a dashboard with lessons, bookings and revenue for the day, week and month, a calendar, instructor profiles and booking notifications. FlexDropin does not replace membership management software. It adds a separate channel for drop-in customers: visitors, travelers and people trying a new discipline.
