Fleetmule is an AI-native safety and DOT compliance platform for trucking companies. Its agents handle the day-to-day work of a fleet safety department: driver recruiting and qualification, screening and onboarding, drug and alcohol testing, permits, maintenance, inspections and CSA scores, incidents and claims, and insurance. Fleet owners work with Molly, an AI coordinator reachable by Telegram, phone, SMS and email. Molly takes a request such as "hire Justin" or "permit for truck 214 in Kentucky", coordinates the work with background agents, and brings decisions back to a human for approval. Every action is logged and exportable for auditors. The platform includes a workspace that replaces several separate subscriptions: built-in e-signatures (MuleSign), a task manager, a unified AI inbox, a digital truck binder, applicant tracking and a password manager. Fleetmule connects to the systems fleets already use, including FMCSA data, ELD and telematics providers, MVR and drug test vendors, and state permit portals. Fleetmule serves more than 60 carriers running over 3,000 power units and drivers. Pricing is per active truck, with no charge per driver or per MC number. The company is based in Palo Alto, is venture backed, and was built by founders who previously ran a 500 truck safety department.
