Elegant and carefully-chosen, minimal in some sense, design, and features, opposed to a luxurious "everything-you-want" style, although I know the latter attracts most people. Thorough integration of chats and mails, not just something like mail notification of a new message. In-house communication could be replaced with chats, but correspondence with customers and clients still heavily relies on mails. Some reviews say Fleep enables an in-house team to work with outside people with chat/mail integration. True, but there must be more. We could enjoy team communication and customer correspondence in a single place.

Apart from Fleep being easy to use and being user-friendly, I love the fact that it combines functions that might have required you to acquire multiple apps and pools all your conversations in this one app even those with persons not using Fleep, this saved me the hassle of switching between apps to communicate with my colleagues and clients, and I think the best way to put is Fleep is an all in one package. What I also love about Fleep was each conversation has a file drawer so instead of going through the chat looking for something I might have sent I just look I the file drawer. With Fleep you can also assign tasks and have tasks assigned to you and be able to track your progress, this really is the stand out feature of Fleep.

Specifically I like Fleep because when my office hits that fast-paced time of year it's the quickest and most organized way to send rapid messages. Not only can you send messages, but documents and reminders as well.
