Fiwano is a messaging API for WhatsApp, Instagram DM and Facebook Messenger. Your product, CRM, helpdesk, chatbot or AI agent receives customer messages and replies through one REST API built on the official Meta APIs. Fiwano is a verified Meta Tech Provider. You connect channels with Facebook login through Fiwano's app and skip creating, configuring and getting review for your own Meta app. Your Meta Business account and channels stay yours. Messages from all three channels arrive in one webhook format, and replies use the same request on every channel. Delivery statuses share one stable message ID. Webhooks are signed with HMAC-SHA256 and retried if your endpoint is down, and Meta tokens are refreshed automatically and encrypted at rest. SaaS products and agencies can generate a setup link so their own customers connect WhatsApp, Instagram or Messenger inside their app, with no Fiwano account. Low-code teams can use the verified n8n community node (trigger and action). Fiwano covers direct messages only: incoming messages, replies within Meta's 24-hour window, and WhatsApp templates. It does not handle comments, posts, ads or analytics, and it is not a chatbot builder. Pricing is flat per license (1 WhatsApp + 1 Instagram + 1 Messenger): Starter $12/month for text, Pro $19/month with media and WhatsApp templates.
