It brings website chat, email and WhatsApp into one inbox alongside property and contact boards, calendars and online bookings, lettings offers, tenancies, rent invoicing, deposits, client accounts, landlord statements, maintenance tickets, document templates and e-signatures. Agencies can add a branded client portal and AI assistant to their existing website. Applicants can search properties and book viewings; tenants can report repairs, view tenancy details and invoices, and sign documents. Landlords and suppliers can participate in relevant workflows. Fivura supports multiple branches and currencies, role-based permissions, audit trails and compliance certificate reminders, with UK and Oman rules built in. Each agency has an isolated database. AI features include conversation summaries and reply rewriting. Every plan includes all product features and the client portal. Pricing starts at GBP 35 per staff user per month excluding VAT.
