FitOn has a good and smooth UI. It works well with both the Android OS and iOS platforms. The free classes include cardio, strength training and meditation. The live streamed classes run seamlessly on my mobile. Classes can be filtered based on intensity required- low, medium and high. I use it as my training app for four days in a week. The customer support and community forum are useful.

FitOn Health makes working out easy. They have a variety of levels of intensity (low, medium, high) and you can choose from different lengths of workouts. I usually stick with 5-10 minutes.

It is not a good tool as a fitness solution it has bugs in it. It is not satisfactory at all.
