TestFirst is a very easy-to-setup tool, and we could onboard users and set everything up within a few days. Importing the existing test repository was effortless once we fine-tuned the files according to the template. Great support and well-elaborated documentation.

We use TestFirst to validate the quality of our internal incident and complaint management system. It helps us ensure that our system is of high quality and our go-to-market is faster (which is what I'm most interested in as the Head of the Finance department that uses this system the most). We generally found TestFirst to be a very flexible test management tool. It has the features to define and modify test case structures, export templates, and other elements according to our evolving project requirements. I can easily see the test case coverage from a managerial standpoint without having to drill down into technicalities.
