Flexible enough to build out the features that have yet to be implimented

|First Resonance ION Factory OS
ION is built with automation and customizability from the foundation onwards. First Resonance goes out of their way to let (and activley encourage) you "peek behind the magic curtain". Because of this philosofy it is very quick and easy to spin up custom automation and software solutions for specific needs. Literally anything that can be done through the ION UI can be done using a fully fleshed out API. This coupled with the fact that their support/chat is handled by actual US based engineers, allows our team to craft an MES that is truly tailor made for us. Additionally it has a modern web based UI that incorportates most of the features you would expect out of an MES (inventory control, traceability, quality control tickets, etc.).

ION is the combination of flexibility and agility...

|First Resonance ION Factory OS
ION is in an essense very simple to use. It is extremely flexible allowing you to taylor it to your needs. It is relatively easy to implement but you will need guidance to avoid some (potentially painfull) pittfalls if not carefully configured. It is constantly evolving with great additional functionalities and their customer support is great to capture feedback and suggestions.

Adaptability and Flexibility

ION has a good range of features for inventory management, and it is easy to implement whatever materials and processes you need. The system can be adapted well and access can be restricted to those who need it (and know what they're doing!).
