Your Next Tours is a phone-based audio tour guide system for live guided tours. The guide speaks into the Your Next Tours mobile app, and the phone becomes a local broadcast server. Participants scan a QR code and listen in their own phone's web browser with their own headphones. They do not install an app or create an account. There are no receivers or headsets to rent, charge, distribute, collect or disinfect. A small portable Wi-Fi router creates the local network, so no internet connection is needed during the tour, and there is no fixed listener limit in the app: capacity is set by the router. Optional live translation lets participants follow the guide in their own language. Guides can push slides and visuals to participants' screens, and participants can raise a hand to ask a question. Before and after the tour, guides use the web panel to manage tour templates, multi-day itineraries, check-ins, surveys, ratings and statistics. Tour operators get a team dashboard with seats, analytics and an activity log. Guides can also connect ChatGPT or Claude to their account to draft programs by chatting.
