Ember is Firefly's AI-native safety software. It ingests signals from panic buttons, acoustic gunshot detection devices, connected cameras, and access control systems into a single interface. When an incident occurs, Ember pinpoints it live on your floor plan, triggers multi-channel alerts (SMS, Teams, Slack, app notifications, phone calls) and dispatches directly to 911 and EMS automatically. Staff can two-way message directly through the platform, while an AI agent continuously gathers and surfaces situational data as the incident unfolds. Beyond emergencies, Ember handles day-to-day safety operations: safety asset management, incident documentation, and reporting, giving teams a full operational record before, during, and after an event.
