ImmoFluss - Vermieter App
ImmoFluss is property management software for private landlords in Germany, from a single apartment to portfolios of more than 50 units. It prepares the annual utility cost statement (Nebenkostenabrechnung), including reading the owners' association statement (WEG-Jahresabrechnung) with AI, matches rent payments via bank connection (PSD2), captures receipts from a photo, prepares the German tax form Anlage V with DATEV export for tax advisors, and tracks loans with remaining balance and fixed-rate periods. Native apps for iPhone, iPad and Android offer the same features as the web app, and landlords can also work via WhatsApp (text, voice message, photo). A tenant portal covers documents, meter readings and requests. The first property is free forever; Pro costs 99 € per year and Ultra 199 € per year.
