Great Recruiter and Business Model
Adam is very hard-working and diligent in his search. Some of our engagements with him were his first experience in recruiting for that type of role. He quickly learned about the role and types of skills/background we were looking for while being quick to refine the search accordingly.
Additionally, his recruiting fees structure was significantly better than other recruiting firms we have worked with before. The fee structure better aligns the incentives of the recruiter with the company and saves money on cost per hire.
