FincasAlDía is the digital compliance record for residential buildings in Spain (comunidades de propietarios). It brings together every mandatory inspection, review and certificate of a building (lift, fire extinguishers, building inspection/ITE, low-voltage electrical, gas, swimming pool, energy certificate…) and alerts the board president and the property manager before each deadline.
A rules engine with more than 130 national, regional and municipal obligations, each linked to its official legal text, works out what applies to each building based on its region, municipality, year of construction and installations. Built for presidents of homeowners' associations and for professional property managers (administradores de fincas); it works alongside the property manager, never instead of them.
