Cleanavo schedules a turnover cleaning for every guest checkout at your short-term rental. Connect the iCal link from your booking calendar, and each checkout becomes a cleaning that identity-verified independent cleaners in your area can claim. You see who claimed it, get an update when they arrive, and receive before-and-after photos room by room when they finish. Pricing is per cleaning, with no subscription. Cleanings start at $54 for up to three rooms and $18 for each room after that, plus a 10% service fee and 8.25% Texas sales tax. Cleaners set their own rate within a range, and you set the most you will pay. Cancelling more than 24 hours ahead is free. Cleanavo operates in Lubbock, Texas.
