Filantis is a business phone system (PBX) with industry packs for hotels, restaurants and offices. It runs in the cloud, on a dedicated appliance or on your own server, and works with any SIP trunk and standard SIP desk phones. Core features include call menus (IVR), ring groups, call recording, voicemail, video meetings, an operator panel and call reports, with Android and Windows apps. Hotels get wake-up calls and room status from room phones; restaurants get an order line and kitchen tickets. Pricing is per simultaneous call, never per user, with a free plan that does not expire.
Filantis Phone is a SIP softphone for Windows 10 and 11. Enter the username, password and domain from your provider (Asterisk, FreePBX, 3CX, Kamailio or any hosted SIP service) and start making calls. It supports hold, transfer, call recording, DTMF, multiple calls, a contact list and a colour-coded call log. Audio uses Opus and G.722 wideband codecs with echo cancellation and noise suppression, and video calls use VP8. Calls can be encrypted with TLS signalling and SRTP media. It is a one-time purchase with free updates and no subscription.
