Fidlett is a digital loyalty card for local businesses: barbers, hair salons, beauty institutes, bakeries, restaurants and garages. The customer scans a QR code at the counter. The card is added to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, with no app to download. The merchant stamps the card with their own phone. They choose their program: stamps, points, discount or VIP status. Notifications go out automatically: reminders to customers who stop coming back, birthday messages, offers on quiet days. Setup is included. Plans start at 34 EUR excl. VAT per month, with no commitment. Available in France.
