Fideus is a web-based platform for the bookkeeping, annual financial statements and tax filings of German limited companies (GmbH, UG) and holding companies. Users upload receipts and bank data; the platform books ongoing transactions, tracks deadlines and coordinates the exchange with a licensed German tax firm. The tax firm prepares annual financial statements, tax returns and VAT filings and provides tax advice on its own responsibility. Fideus offers fixed annual prices for holding companies and for operating GmbHs and UGs of startups, agencies and digital service providers. Quotes and contracts are handled online. The platform is operated by Fideus GmbH, Berlin.
