- Pro (EUR 39.99 / CHF 40 per month): everything in Essential with unlimited customers, plus automated messages that bring customers back (lapsed customers, birthdays, reward almost reached, unused rewards), campaigns by Wallet notification, email (5,000 emails included per month) and optional prepaid SMS, referral program, customer segments, advanced analytics (busiest hours, cohorts, revenue, best customers), Monday summary email, unlimited staff accounts, multiple locations and brands, API and webhooks, 24/7 AI assistant.
