Fichagram is time and attendance software for companies whose staff never pass through an office: construction, installations, cleaning, maintenance. Employees clock in and out from a Telegram chat. No app to install, no account to create, no password to remember, which is where most rollouts fail. Each entry and exit records the exact time, the project and the GPS location, which the administrator opens on a map. Built around Spanish labour law. Records are kept for four years as required by Article 34.9 of the Workers' Statute, a closed shift is locked and cannot be edited afterwards, and any attempt is logged. For a labour inspection you generate a temporary read-only link, scoped to the period requested, with an HMAC-SHA256 integrity seal. It also covers holidays, absences and weekly shift patterns, so days someone does not work stop counting as missing. GPS coordinates are deleted after three months and GDPR tools are on every plan. The free plan is permanent, not a trial.
